Succesful EuroSun 2024 in Limassol
From 26 - 30 August 2024, the EuroSun 2024 - the ISES and IEA SHC International Conference on Sustainable and Solar Energy for Buildings and Industry took place in sunny Limassol, Cyprus. EuroSun 2024 was jointly organized by the International Solar Energy Society and the IEA Solar Heating and Cooling Programme. Locally, the conference was hosted by the Cyprus University of Technology and co-organized by ISES Cyprus, the local ISES section.
At EuroSun 2024, leading scientists, engineers, architects, and representatives from industry and business gathered and discussed the latest research results, technological developments and opportunities in sustainable and solar energy. 200+ attendees from all around the world joined us in Cyprus for 5 days of exciting congress programme: oral and poster presentations, high level keynote speeches, plenary sessions, workshops, side events and technical tours.
As it is tradition, the next ISES conferences and congresses were also announced during the EuroSun 2024 closing ceremony:
- The Solar World Congress (SWC) 2025 will take place from 4 - 7 November 2025 in Fortaleza, Brazil
- EuroSun 2026 will take place in autumn 2026 in Freiburg, Germany
