ISES Column in pv magazine - February 2024
ISES Board Directors and Leads of the ISES PV Strategy Committee Prof. Andrew Blakers (ANU) and Prof. Ricardo Rüther (UFSC) are pleased to share an ISES column in pv magazine for February 2024.
In this recent monthly column the authors discuss the fast uptake of solar energy in Brazil and highlight that the country presently boasts a rapidly increasing presence of solar and wind power. Favorable energy policies and affordable photovoltaics are spurring rapid solar energy adoption in Brazil, with 2.3 million rooftop PV systems installed and another 90 million consumer units poised for transition to solar.
